What should I do if the underwater thruster set does not work?

This situation is generally divided into two types: ① Both thrusters do not work ② One of the thrusters in the set does not work.

First, when encountering the first situation, when both thrusters do not work, there are the following possibilities:

1. The power connection is poor. There is no prompt sound when connecting the power. You can check whether there is a voltage display on the remote control screen. If it is displayed as 00.0v, it means that the power is not connected properly.

Please reconnect the power. After reconnecting the power, the thruster will make a prompt sound and the remote control screen will display the current battery voltage. Then try to push the joystick to check whether the thruster is working properly.

2. Connect the power, the thruster prompt sound keeps ringing, but the remote control screen first shows that there is no voltage and signal, indicating that the remote control and the receiver are not frequency-bound. Please open the control box and check whether the green light of the receiver flashes slowly.

Frequency-bound method: first turn off the remote control, press the frequency-bound button of the receiver, the green light of the receiver flashes quickly, and then turn on the remote control. The green light of the receiver is always on, indicating that the frequency has been successfully bound.

Push the joystick to check whether the thruster is working properly.

The second case is that one of the thrusters in the set does not operate.
1. After connecting the power supply, one of the thrusters does not operate. Check whether the mixing control bar on the remote control screen displays ①.

If there is no display, it means that the mixing control mode has not been entered. Turn off the remote control, press and hold the 3-channel button, and press and hold the power button to turn on the remote control. Release the remote control after it is turned on, and then check whether the mixing control bar on the screen displays ①. Displaying ① means that the setting is successful. Push the joystick to check whether the thruster operates normally.

2. If the mixing control has been set, but one of the thrusters still cannot operate, open the control box, swap the two signal lines of channels 1-2, and push the remote control joystick to test. If the thruster that was originally able to operate stops and the thruster that is not operating can operate normally again, it means that the receiver channel is damaged. If there is no change, connect the thruster that is not operating to another ESC and push the joystick. If it operates normally, it means that the ESC of the original thruster is damaged. If the thruster still does not operate, it means that the thruster is damaged.

Then connect the thruster that was originally operating normally to another ESC to test whether the ESC is normal.
