Shipping Policy

About Shipping
ApisQueen sets shipping rates based on different countries, and shipping charges are charged based on the weight of the goods.

Order Processing
It's now easier and, most importantly, faster to order from ApisQueen than ever before. Most orders will be shipped within 1-7 business days, Monday through Friday, after you submit your order payment! Keep in mind that if there are any issues/concerns with your order, there may be delays, but rest assured that our staff will contact you as soon as possible to expedite your shipment in a timely manner. We reserve up to five business days to process orders to ensure that your order is shipped correctly (and complete).

What is the five-day "order processing" time? ApisQueen is committed to sending your order in the fastest and most efficient way. When you place an order, it must first be processed. This processing time is different from the shipping time. The processing time usually takes about 1-5 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Time
All shipping times are calculated in business days. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. Standard shipping time is 5 to 25 business days (no surprises). Due to the different countries and regions where buyers are located, we use different shipping methods. Generally, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, special lines, etc. We give priority to special line shipping.

Please note that if you use a freight forwarding company, any postage and/or additional fees incurred are borne by the customer.

Shipping FAQ
What kind of "problems/concerns" may delay my order? If we cannot verify your shipping address, or the items you choose are sold out before we complete your order, we may not be able to ship on the same day. In these cases, our staff will contact you immediately to work with you to resolve the issue and expedite your order in a timely manner.

Do you ship to a PO Box? You can use a PO Box as a shipping address, but please note that some large items and orders with a total weight of 50 pounds or more require a residential address (not a PO Box).
